LIVE AT THE PULSE OF THE CITY

We have converted the former Hotel X-TRA into the coolest coliving house in the city of Zurich. The two new, large communal kitchens are a great place to spend time with friends. We've also built in large lounges and coworking areas so you can work and relax from here throughout the day.

Beautiful communal kitchens

We've built two large common areas complete with fully equipped kitchens for you.
You can prepare your breakfast in the main kitchen and work or read a book in the lounge. We are also working on the conversion of the former hotel lobby, where we will have another area for working and relaxing in the near future.

Spacious private suites

We have different private suites for you.
The standard room comes with its own bathroom, large bed, closet and private work desk. If you have a smaller budget, there are also rooms with shared bathrooms.

Either way, you'll have plenty of space to express yourself within your own four walls. Here you create your own space to relax when you need time for yourself.
