X-TRA has successfully introduced a general ID check to guarantee the safety of our guests as much as possible.
This has reduced the number of incidents involving violence or theft to a minimum. It also enables us to react quickly and appropriately in case of a medical emergency.
Our ID checks are only partially related to age verification and will also be applied to people who are evidently over the age of 16 or 18.
Official ID includes a passport, an identity card, a residence permit B or C or a driving licence. Only original documents will be accepted because their rightful owner can be identified only on the basis of these documents. SBB general or half-fare season tickets will not be recognised as official ID.
We kindly request our guests not to leave X-TRA before or during live concerts or certain club nights. For organisational and security reasons and to protect local residents, guests will not be readmitted after they have left the building. Our security staff can make exceptions for valid reasons, please contact a member of security for more information.
