Is it allowed to bring pets to the hotel?

Clean dogs and cats are welcome.

Is the area safe? Is the hotel safe?

The area between the main station and Limmatplatz is very safe. Our reception is staffed around the clock with trained personnel. All emergency exits are clearly signposted throughout the building and the fire alarm system is constantly monitored. Valuables are best deposited in the room safe or in the safe at the reception.

Can I book tours with you?

At our reception, you will receive information about city tours and tours throughout Switzerland. You can also book and pay directly on the spot.

Is the X-TRA Hotel handicapped accessible?

We do not carry the label "wheelchair accessible". However, the whole building is accessible for wheelchair users. The lift and the bathrooms in the guest rooms are limited. Additional disabled WCs are available on the second and third floors.

What about the disco? Do you hear the music at night?

Depending on the location of the room and the music style in the club as well as the sensitivity to noise, the experiences of our guests are completely different (concerts end at 23:30 at the latest, club music events can last until 6:00 in the morning).
