British rock icons Skunk Anansie are returning to Zurich next year on a major headline tour. A completely new production will herald an exciting new era in the history of this legendary band and show why Skunk Anansie are still one of the most powerful and exciting live acts in the world over 30 years after their first appearances. New music is also on the horizon.

With their punk-influenced alternative rock, the band immediately attracted attention when they formed in London in 1994. Intrepid lyrics addressing social and political issues and the force of nature in the form of singer Skin made them one of the most important bands of their generation even back then. Songs such as “Hedonism (Just Because You Feel Good)” and “Weak” quickly took Skunk Anansie to the top.

Not only did the band sell millions of records worldwide, they also secured the prestigious headlining slot at the Glastonbury Festival in 1999. In the early 2000s, the band took a break until their triumphant return in 2009. Since then, the Brits have delivered both musically and in concert. There is no question that Skunk Anansie are a gifted live band. In 2025, they will be demonstrating their skills once again.
