When you mix UK jazz with downtempo deep house, the result is berlioz. Even though producer Ted Jasper, alias berlioz, has only released 10 songs under his new alter ego, his dreamy, soul-electronica genre has already been well received. 
Reason enough for the London native to go on tour with his latest project. On his tour, berlioz will also be making a stop at Zurich's X-TRA on 14.03.2025 this spring.
His special sound has earned him shout outs from Erykah Badu, support from BBCR1, Rinse, NTS, Reprezent and FIP, more than 10,000 vinyl copies sold, over 100 million streams last year and a huge social media following with 549k Instagram followers and 336k on Tiktok. All of this, berlioz has achieved as an independent artist who is self-signed and self-managed. 
Having recently completed his historic tour of North America, the UK and Europe, berlioz will continue to share his live music and DJ sets with those who identify with his art.
