The big 15th anniversary party!
In 2009, Coldplay's album “Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends” was voted Album of the Year at the Grammys. The best metal performance went to Metallica. The yin and yang of rock music. And in our country, Hans-Rudolf Merz was elected President of the Federal Council and the peacock butterfly was named butterfly of the year.
What a wild year! And what a beautiful year, because ARTNOIR saw the light of day 15 years ago. The independent Swiss cultural platform has been shining in a special light for 15 years now - and will continue to set a shining example for the next 15(-0) years.
15 years, that's 7,889,400 minutes. During this time, you can listen to 1,718,823 x “Valley Girl” by Frank Zappa or 1,463,710 x “Z.N.S.” by Einstürzende Neubauten. Or you can just let Frank be Zappa, the Neubauten collapsed - and throw yourself into the anniversary party.
Because we're letting ARTNOIR shine. Not sometime and somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but on November 29, 2024 in Zurich's X-TRA - Musikcafe from 8 pm. Music lovers, press colleagues, the community and of course all the brains behind ARTNOIR will be there. Who should not be missing, that's you.
