UK Rap to Zurich:

The rapper Verbz and the producer Mr Slipz first met in 2016 and after a few non-musical encounters they decided to work together—had already made a name for themselves in the British hip-hop scene. The following year (2017) their debut album Lessons Of Adolescence was released on the German label Radio Juicy, quickly earning them wide attention as a true dream team in Europe.

After the release, they went on an extensive tour and continued collaborating, strengthening their musical bond and producing a considerable amount of high-quality music. The fruits of this work became evident in 2020, when they were signed by the prestigious British label High Focus Records. Their first HF album Radio Waves sold out in just four months and showcased an impressive selection of Britain's best rappers—a record that will be remembered as a classic.

After a string of singles—including a remix of the legendary DnB producer Alix Perez—Verbz & Mr Slipz continued their success with further projects, including Where It Started, Shore Connects and Sight Beyond Sight with Australian wordsmith Nelson Dialect, released in July 2023.

Since then, the duo has been working meticulously in the background and are now about to release their new album The Way Forward on High Focus Records in September 2025. Now the two lads are kicking off their tour in Zurich.
