The Metal Band Brings Its Debut Album Live to Zurich

The British collective PRESIDENT, whose songs have already been streamed millions of times, moves at the intersection of heavy metal, electronic sound experiments and cinematic atmosphere. Deliberately positioned away from the mainstream, the band has created a project that invites deep immersion – made to be discovered and experienced, not to conform to mass appeal.

Since their formation in 2025, PRESIDENT have attracted attention with their consistently minimalist and anonymous staging. With each new single and every live performance, curiosity surrounding the collective continues to grow. By consciously evading traditional notions of genre and identity, PRESIDENT place artistic intention above image. This is exactly what fans can expect from their debut album “Blood Of Your Empire”, which will be released on 4 September 2026.

The album was born out of an exploration of existential questions surrounding faith, mortality and humanity’s relationship with religion. For PRESIDENT, writing the album offered the opportunity to confront their own fears, confusion and the questions they have carried with them for years. With “Blood Of Your Empire”, they have transformed all of this into a body of work they can proudly present.

With the Blood Of Your Empire Tour 2026, they will bring the album to the stage in autumn 2026. After their first headline tour across North America in autumn 2025 sold out completely, the band is now coming to Europe as well. As part of the tour, they will perform at X-TRA in Zurich on 12 November 2026, bringing not only their new album but also the two metalcore bands Vianova and Dreamwake as special guests.
